Some believe in just pretending nothing is wrong in the “family”, hoping it all goes away, or at least goes unnoticed. I believe a true friend confronts a problem for the sake of both the offender and those suffering because of it, with the goal of fixing the problem.

I have authored and/or supported a number of Resolutions condemning the actions of some of our party’s elected officials and others. These were done in the spirit of Proverbs 27:6, hoping that same might serve as a wake-up call to those who are trampling the trust we have placed in them, and at times even giving way to those that might rightly be called enemies of our Republic.
